As there is no information regarding the patron or a construction inscription, the building cannot be precisely dated. It is a single-domed structure on a square plan. Interpreting the building from an old photograph taken in 1950, it is set within a high courtyard wall of rubble stone. The mosque itself was likewise built of rubble stone, though as it is now covered with render, the original material is not visible. The minaret's base section is of dressed stone, whilst the shaft is understood to be of brick. The blind pointed-arch forms on the pulpit section raise the possibility that the building dates to the 15th century.

Owing to the most recent repairs — in which the structural elements of the minaret in particular were concealed beneath render — the original fabric of the building is no longer visible. Since no studies have been conducted on the building, comprehensive information remains elusive. Future research may, however, bring further details to light.
